About THE FOUNDER
Ms Misha, Founder of ALRITE AUTISM CENTRE, has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Her vision of amplifying technology in autism education has brought Autism Education to the next level.
She has gone above and beyond to ignite curiosity and foster a love for learning in every student, unlocking their potential and has trained educators to upskill their teaching ability.
The creator of ALRITE AUTISM FRONTIER PROGRAM with 3000 lesson plan has earned the Malaysian Book of Record for AUTISM CURRICULUM With the most lesson plan title.
Misha has implemented technology and innovative ideas in transforming autism education by integrating Augmented Reality and Dash Robot.
Extensive Knowledge in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD):
Ms Misha is a certified Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT), Board Certified Behavior Analysis,USA, Applied Behavior Analysis, Dubai. A Special Educator with experience in central administration and classroom.
Mishantini has extended her expertise by successfully obtaining a Europass Certificate Supplement for Best Practices in Inclusive Classroom with Level 7 Europass Frame Work from Areadne, Kalamata Greece.Mishantini is a graduate of Manipal University India where she received a Diploma in Special Education (Autism) under the Rehabilitation Council of Indian Ministry under the Social, Justice and Empowerment department.
Mishantini completed the Applied Behaviour Analysis Foundation Course with Emphasis on Verbal Behaviours from Behavior Enrichment, Dubai attested by Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA),
With 20 years of experience, Ms Misha has an in-depth understanding of ASD, including its spectrum, early signs, and the various interventions available.
Proven Track Record in Special Education:
Ms Misha has worked extensively in educational settings, developing, implementing, and refining teaching methods tailored to the needs of individuals with autism. Ms Misha is the creator of ALRITE AUTISM FRONTIER PROGRAMME ( AAFP) and Educators Manual.
Development of Effective Teaching Strategies:
Over the years, the Ms Misha has refined and customized evidence-based teaching strategies from the below methodologies:

Advocacy and Awareness:
Ms Misha is deeply involved in advocating for autism awareness, both in the community and the educational system. She has helped to reduce stigma around autism through public outreach, presentations, and collaboration with other professionals. Ms Misha has extended her expertise by training educators in the region of Ladakh and Nepal. Ms Misha has empowered over 1000 parents and enlightened their journey by providing the support of knowledge, resources and helping them navigate the complexities of autism with confidence and compassion.

At ALRITE Autism Centre, we are passionate about providing opportunities for aspiring professionals to gain hands-on experience and deepen their understanding of working with children on the autism spectrum.

Our Internship Programme
Our Internship Programme is designed to offer interns a comprehensive, real-world experience in a nurturing and supportive environment, with exposure to the latest therapies, strategies, and approaches for autism intervention.
Through this program, interns will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the fields of special education, therapy, psychology, and behavioral science, gaining valuable skills and insights that will help them build a successful career in the field of autism support and intervention.

Internship Programme Highlights:
Hands-On Experience:
- Interns will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, under the guidance of trained and experienced staff members. This hands-on experience allows interns to see the practical application of autism interventions, tailored therapies, and teaching strategies in real-time.
- Opportunities include assisting with one-on-one therapy sessions, helping in group settings, and observing behavioral therapies, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and speech-language therapy.
Exposure to Various Therapeutic Approaches:
- Interns will be exposed to a wide range of therapeutic modalities used at ALRITE, including:
- Behavioral Therapy (ABA, PRT)
- Speech and Language Therapy
- Sensory Integration Techniques
- Social Skills Training
- Interns will also learn about our holistic curriculum, which incorporates motor development, gut health strategies, and social-emotional learning for children on the autism spectrum.
Mentorship and Professional Development:
- Interns will be paired with experienced mentors who will provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback throughout the internship. Our mentors are professionals with expertise in autism intervention, education, and therapy.
- Regular workshops, training sessions, and team meetings will be held to enhance interns’ knowledge in autism spectrum disorders (ASD), effective intervention strategies, and the latest research in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Individualized Therapy Plans: Interns will assist in implementing individualized therapy plans for children, observing therapy sessions, and providing support during interventions.
- Facilitating Group Activities: Interns will help organize and facilitate group activities, including social skills training, motor development exercises, and sensory integration activities.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Interns will assist in collecting data on children’s progress, recording behavioral observations, and analyzing results to help inform therapy strategies.
- Supporting Classroom and Learning Environments: Interns will help support children in classroom settings by assisting with structured learning activities, helping with transitions, and providing one-on-one support when needed.


Program Duration and Structure:
- Duration: The internship program typically runs for 3 months , depending on the availability and academic requirements of the intern.
- Hours: Interns will be expected to commit to a set number of hours per week, with flexibility depending on the intern’s schedule and the centre’s needs. Typically, interns will spend between 35 hours per week at ALRITE AUTISM CENTRE
